Does it matter how old I am if I want to have alcohol delivered to somebody who is of age?

Yes, in the U.S. you must be over 21 years old to sign up for an account and to legally purchase alcohol. 

My order arrived damaged or I received the wrong product, what do I do? 

Please take a picture of the damaged item in the box and send an email with the picture to customerservice@coasters.co and one of our customer service representatives will be in touch with you shortly!

Can I return my product?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept returns.

When will I hear back from your customer service team?

Our customer service team is scheduled available Monday-Friday 9-5 PM. Within those hours you should hear back from our customer service team in less than 2 hours

Is Shipping/ delivery/ pickup done on the weekend?

Yes, just with slightly limited hours. Shipping orders placed on Sunday will be serviced next business day.
